“BTS’ Father” Bang Si Hyuk and IU came together for Mnet’s “I-LAND”
Mnet’s “I-LAND” will release its theme song “Into the I-LAND” that marks the beginning of this reality show
“Into the I-LAND” is produced by Bang Si Hyuk, the chairman of Big Hit Entertainment and the general producer of “I-LAND”, it symbolizes the first meeting and the worldview of “I-LAND”s contestants. It is described as a Pop Rock House genre, with a hopeful melody and “I-LAND”s message of uniting and helping each other grow rather than competition
The song will be sung by IU who became a unique icon of K-pop. Too much expectations over what kind of chemistry IU will show with Bang Si hyuk.
“Into the I-LAND” will be released at 6 p.m on June 19th. “I-LAND” is an observation reality show that will show us the birth of the next generation of global artists . Actor Namgoong Min is the show’s storyteller, and Rain and Zico will be taking part as producers, with Big Hit chairman Bang Si Hyuk as the general producer. The show is drawing so much attention as it is a large-scale project between CJ ENM and Big Hit Entertainment. “I-LAND” will make its premiere on June 26 at 11 p.m. KST
